Trestle House Inn, Edenton, North Carolina
The Trestle House is a secluded Inn that features massive exposed redwood beams milled from abandoned railroad trestle timbers estimated to be 450 year old trees. The Inn is part of a wildlife refuge and sets on a pond and lake. This provides excellent fishing for our guests. During the fall and winter, the lake provides a haven for waterfowl, especially Canadian geese and osprey.
The town of Edenton was the first colonial capital of North Carolina. To this day the town retains the elegant charm if a bygone era, including many of the most beautiful older homes in the country.
We take pride in offering our guest elegant, immaculate accommodations in a tranquil setting.
