Parker House Inn, Quechee, Vermont
The Parker House Inn is located 100 yards up the Ottauquichee River from the covered bridge and waterfall in the quaint village of Quechee, VT. Built in 1857 for Senator Parker, this Victorian-style home has been designated a National Historic Site. Comfortably up dated and furnished with period antiques, this charming inn is the perfect unwinding spot for those seeking peace and quiet without isolation.
All seven bedrooms feature private bath and either king or queen size beds. A full country breakfast is included.
Dinner is server nightly except Tuesday. The fare is an eclectic mix we call American Comfort Food. Two Intimate Victorian dining rooms, a lovely outdoor veranda overlooking the river, a garden setting and a cozy bar offer diners a variety of options, depending on the season.
