We are running a small guest house at our home in the center of Barcelona in a safe area near Passeig de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya, 10 minutes walking. The double room is newly furnited with one big double bed and private balcony, access to living room, one bathroom, and two toilettes. 25 to 30 euros per person.
